By using Red Box Annotation (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Beta service
The service is provided as a beta, “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features, quotas, and pricing may change. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time.
Acceptable use
- Only capture pages you are authorized to access and use. You are responsible for compliance with the target site’s terms and applicable law.
- Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not use the service to capture unlawful content or to probe networks or systems you do not own.
Your content
Screenshots, annotations, and exports are created and stored in your browser and belong to you. You are responsible for verifying that your exports meet your organization’s submission requirements — the service does not guarantee acceptance by any review system, including Veeva PromoMat.
Quotas and fair use
Free usage is subject to the published capture quotas. We may throttle or suspend usage that degrades the service or evades limits.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, profits, or business.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
