How does it handle sticky ISI banners and cookie pop-ups?

Before the screenshot is taken, the page is “settled”: cookie and consent overlays are dismissed, sticky ISI (Important Safety Information) trays are placed once in the normal page flow instead of floating mid-page, and lazy-loaded images are given time to finish. The result is a clean capture that matches what a visitor actually sees — with ISI links boxed exactly once, not duplicated.

Does it work on password-protected pages?

Yes — click "Password-protected page?" in the form to enter HTTP Basic Auth credentials before capturing. Pages behind OAuth/SSO login flows are not supported.

Can I annotate an email that isn’t live yet?

Yes — switch the capture form to "Upload file" and drop in the email as an .html or .eml file (up to 2MB). Links are detected automatically, and it’s rendered as a web view similar to Gmail or Apple Mail; Outlook-specific markup isn’t simulated. No account is needed to try it — uploads share your free monthly captures, and each upload counts as one.

Is the exported PDF accepted by Veeva PromoMat?

The PDF is a flattened file with an annotated screenshot and a numbered URL index. Most MLR teams accept this format — confirm with your MLR coordinator before first submission.

What happens to my screenshots and data?

Screenshots and annotations are stored only in your browser (IndexedDB) — they never leave your device. Our servers see the URL you capture and basic request metadata for quota and abuse protection, but never the rendered content you work on.
